He is also one of our newest members of the NIDDK IBDGC External Advisory Board. Dr. Gusev will present on "Learning Context-Specific Disease Mechanisms at Single Cell and Biobank Scale” on Thursday, September 3rd at 2 PM ET/1 PM CT/11 AM PT. He will be presenting two new methods for identifying context-specific mechanisms and connecting them to complex disease. These methods highlight the importance of context-specific regulatory mechanisms and phenotypic heterogeneity to provide new insights into common disease.
